Google Certified Expertise
Led by Richard Poth, a Google Certified Trainer & Innovator, we provide comprehensive strategic support for schools utilizing Chromebooks and the Workspace suite.
Infrastructure, Architecture & GDPR
Effective Google integration starts long before the students open their Chromebooks. We assist leadership with Backend Architecture & GDPR Compliance:
Tenant Architecture
Provisioning student accounts under scalable Organizational Unit (OU) hierarchies organized by Graduation Year to completely eliminate annual administrative overhead.
Walled Gardens
Configuring strict domain-level restrictions to ensure zero external emails in or out for student accounts, locking external sharing while safely enabling internal collaboration.
Pedagogical Application
Once the infrastructure is secure, we train staff on leveraging the full suite—Docs, Slides, Sheets, Google Vids, My Maps, and Google Earth—for incredible cross-curricular projects. Imagine students tracing global stadium polygons on My Maps and calculating the area and perimeter automatically in Sheets!
